This apartment features a large private deck at tree level. It is accessed through a small fenced courtyard with private outside shower and gas grill and up the stairs to the deck. Apartment Entry is on deck level.
The apartment sleeps four. There is one king bed in the larger bedroom, one double bed in a smaller sleeping area and one full bath. The kitchen/dining area has an apartment sized gas range and standard refrigerator. The living area is compact and has a TV and DVD player. WIFI is included.
Fully Furnished – includes Linens and towels, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, dishes, silverware coffee pot. There is not a washer and dryer. (Folly Beach has a laundromat on Hudson Street). We provide beach chairs and beach towels.
This property is located on the corner of E Ashley and E 7th Street. It is a six block walk to Center Street where the pier, shopping, restaurants and bars are located. There is parking for one car in the driveway.
